Web Developer

What is web development?

In the digital age, a website is your voice to the world. It is through a website that you can reach out to individuals and learn from them what it is they want from your business.

My job as a web developer is to create a website which makes communicating with your audience as simple as possible. I want to get your message out to the world, and I can do that through the creation of effective user interfaces and mesmerizing design. My job is complete when your users are able to get all the information they went to your website to find, and are able to enjoy the time they spent doing that.

What are my skills?

Front-End Development

The part of a website the user can see, front-end development revolves around creating a user interface which allows for easy access to information and interactivity.

Back-End Development

The "behind the scenes" work. Back-end development allows a user to access a wide range of information, making your websites dynamic and responsive to your user's needs.

Graphic Asset Design

As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words. Graphics can help to convey meaning, draw a user's attention, or improve the aesthetic of your website.

Alex Heffelfinger

They say that if you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life. Over the past 5 years, I have found this statement to be completely true. The only thing I love more than building websites is learning how to make them better than I could before. Luckily, in a field changing as rapidly as it does, I will never have to stop learning!

Feel Fine Food

A website made for the 2016 FBLA web development competition. This site, made for a mock gluten free restaurant, features an interactive menu, reservations, and online customer-loyalty registration.

Mack Trucks

The 2017 Mack Trucks redesign coincided with the announcement of their newly released truck, the Mack Anthem. In preparation for this launch, I worked with Liquid Interactive to rebuild nearly every page across the website. The new design aimed for a new, modern look while maintaining the site's functionality.
